Come take part in what many call the “Giant Underwater Easter Egg Hunt”. Search the sea grass beds of the shallow Gulf for the tasty morsels. Use your masks, fins and snorkels to “hunt” the scallops, pick them up and place them in your bag. You can also "hunt" from the boat!

Scallop Hunting
Float around, looking in the grass beds for the scallop shape or their “blue eyes”. Hold your breathe, take a dive and grab them. It’s an underwater game of hide and seek. Use your masks, fins and snorkels to “hunt” the scallops, pick them up and place them in your bag. Scalloping combines a day on the water with family and friends while enjoying nature – AND bringing home dinner. What a way to spend a summer day.

Our Deluxe 20 Foot Pontoon Boat is so comfortable and nice with a wonderful Bimini for partial shade!
Our Deluxe 22 Foot Fun Chaser Boat is our newest boat. It offers a bimini top for shade, a comfortable ride, and a quick trip to the scallop grounds.
For larger parties, call us as we have plenty of Boats to choose from and we love to create a custom tour for up to 18 guests.

Prepare for the Hunt
We recommend all Scallop Hunters pack a lunch and bring any snacks along with the beverages of your choice! Bring alpcoholic beverages to enjoy after your hunt. Make sure you have some sunscreen, towels and sunglasses

Remember that Scallop Season can vary from year to year and although we are known for getting as many or more Scallops as any other company and definitely more than rental boats to please keep your expectations realistic!
After all it is about the Scallops but it is also about the beauty of the river, snorkeling, looking for fish, turtles, dolphins and enjoying the Adventure!
