  Our mission is to please our guests with an outstanding experience on the water. When you step aboard, you are not only are guest but, in a way, will become part of our crew to ensure that we all come together to have a great time. Private tours are perfect for a romantic adventure for 2 or a fun time with family or friends of up to 18 people. Our location is simply beautiful! We are the closest tour boat to the Springs and the Homosassa Nature Park which means you spend a lot less time getting ready and traveling and more time enjoying your adventure! When you arrive, we will do everything we can to make your adventure the best you have ever had. We can take you from the blue water of the Springs all the way passed Monkey Island and perhaps as far as the Gulf waters to see all the beautiful sights of the Homosassa River!

• What to Bring

  If you are swimming, please come already dressed in your bathing suit so that it makes it easier and faster to get you suited up in your wetsuit and get underway. Wetsuits are always provided. You may not need a wetsuit on warmer days but they are always available. We have all sizes of wetsuits from toddlers to 5XL. We offer lifevests, swim noodles, marks, and snorkels. Wear some loose-fitting clothes to go over your swimming suit to help keep you warm. This will also give you something dry to change back into after your trip. Bring a towel for each person in your party if possible. If you can't, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide one for you. You may want to bring some sunscreen and lip balm especially if you will be enjoying a paddleboard or spending time out on the deck of the boat in the sun. Because space is limited, we do ask that you only bring aboard the essentials that are necessary. Please inform us if there are any medical conditions or physical or mental limitations that we need to be aware of. We keep this information confidential and never want to embarrass anyone. However, our goal is to help keep everyone safe.

• When to Arrive

  It is very important to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This way, we can get you fitted for your wet suit (in cooler weather), snorkel and mask and get underway on time. If you are running a little late, please call us to let us know so we can keep the captains informed. The boat will get underway no later than 15 minutes after its scheduled departure and there are no refunds issued so you can see the importance of being on time. Look for the "Blue Heaven River Tour Parking" signs when you arrive. Please have everyone in your party visit the restroom before you arrive. There are no restrooms available on the dock and we save the onboard restrooms for the tour.

• What to Expect

  You will be greeted at the dock by your captain and Blue Heaven River Tours. You and your guests will be fitted for wetsuits if you would like them. Your captain will then lead you onboard and make sure you are comfortable. Your captain will visit with you to create your custom tour. Then you will push off and start your adventure! You can view beautiful homes, hear about the history of the river, see the amazing wildlife, go for a swim, play in the water, and enjoy the lunch, snacks, and drinks that you brought.
  
  Our goal is to simply deliver a river tour that is all about nature's beauty, fun, and adventure! We want to make you as comfortable as possible and help you have what we will hope to be nothing short of a magical experience. When you step aboard, you are not only are guest but in a way will become part of our crew to ensure that we all come together to have a great time. Every guest is required to sign a waiver releasing Blue Heaven River Tours of any liability.
